Guys usually see cocktails as idrinks zama cherry. If you see a guy drinking a cocktail, some will immediately assume that he is gay. Drinking cocktails does not make you less of a man than umjita who is downing beer. You can also make some of these cocktails at home and impress people with your skills when you’re throwing imbhadla. To practice your cocktail making skills, you will need a cocktail shaker, cocktail muddler and a cocktail sieve. Here are some manly cocktails that you should definitely try out and how to make them:
1 dash dry Vermouth
30ml olive juice
3 green olives
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake or stir. Pour contents into a martini glass
15ml sweet Vermouth
2 – 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Cherry to garnish
Pour ingredients into shaker, stir or shake and then strain. Add cherry in a martini glass (or any glass really) and then pour your drink over it.
30ml Triple Sec
15ml Lemon Juice
Sugar for glass rim (optional)
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake. Pour into your glass.
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 splash Soda Water
1 tbsp sugar
1 cherry and orange wedge
Pour sugar, water and bitters in a glass. Add in the cherry and orange wedge. Use cocktail muddler to squash ingredients into a paste. Add bourbon and some ice cubes, stir and you have your drink.
You’ll obviously need a lot of practice before you decide to show off to your friends.
