Kaizer Chiefs finished the year in the summit of the PSL after beating Amazulu 2-0 at the FNB stadium last night.
Amakhosi, who have suffered only one defeat so far this season have increased their lead on top to four points. This could be reduced to only one point if, Amabhakaniya and Dikwena win their respective games.
UMathew Rasuke ukore igoal yokqala for Amakhosi, late in the first half when his shot took a deflection and went in. Chiefs went to the break leading by that solitary goal.
In the second half, Amakhosi talisman uBernard Parker wakora elibukekayo igoal, when he chipped the ball over Usuthu goalkeeper, Tapuwa Kapini who had left his line. Parker is the leading goal scorer in the PSL this season with 9 goals.
Amakhosi finished the match a man down when the Zimbabwean international, Willard Katsande, received his marching orders after second bookable offence with less than five minutes remaining in the match.
Ikhosi lisahlehli phezulu, libambe 35 points, followed by Bucs and Dikwena who are both on 31 points but have a game in hand.
